- The line, by Midwest Finishing Systems, is equipped with a 4 stage phosphate-free washer capable of handling both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
- Line speed of 5 fpm (faster when washer is not employed).
- Part opening of 36” X 60”.
- The new Parker Ionics powder booth features 8 automatic guns as well as 2 manual sprayers.
- Quick change manifolds allow for rapid color changes.
- Packaging, shipping, and warehousing in our new 20,000 sq. ft. connected facility.
Capabilities
Automated Washing Station
S&K Products fully automated washing station is equipped with a 4 stage phosphate-free washer capable of handling both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Line speed capabilities are up to 5 fpm, (faster when washer is not employed), and a part opening of up to 36” X 60”.
Full Service Spray Booth
S&K is set up for high production capabilities with our fully automated powdercoating division along with quick turnarounds. Our Parker Ionics powder booth features 8 automatic guns as well as 2 manual sprayers. This system also features a quick change manifold which allows for rapid color changes.
Large Item Production
S&K has the ability to fulfill large item production runs. With an opening of up to 60″ x 36″, S&K can become a valuable asset to your powdercoating production needs. S&K can handle all aspects of the production process with packaging, shipping, and warehousing available in our new 20,000 sq. ft. connected facility.
